Shipping Rates:

Shipping is FREE on all orders shipped to destinations within the United States.

Shipping Methods:

Orders will be shipped via standard United States Postal Service delivery, unless otherwise arranged. Insurance is provided at no additional cost.

Payment Methods:

Website: We use PayPal to provide secure transactions directly from our Internet site. Credit cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to order through our PayPal shopping cart.

Other Methods: We also accept Visa and Mastercard orders by postal mail, and telephone. If you wish to email us your order, please do not include your credit card information in the email. We will contact you by phone upon receipt of your email order to ask you for your credit card information.

Sales Tax:

A 5% Maine state sales tax is required for all orders in Maine.

Exchanges / Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Returns for exchange or refund will be accepted within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. We require only a copy of your customer receipt and that the item not be modified. We would like a note included with your return, explaining the reason for the return/exchange so that we can better satisfy your needs and for our product improvement purposes.

Warranty:

All of our products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for the life of the product. Incidental damages are not covered under this guarantee. The customer is solely responsible for determining the suitability for the product in any application. Our products are not designed for commercial use and such use may void the warranty.
